
Concerns from this client resulted in an overall branding exercise for the Fusion team. Key areas of focus were logo and tagline redesign, website enhancement, print ads and the development of a loyalty program. Our strategy was to target two separate groups of diners. The first target was business professionals seeking dining with benefits; the second, young (21-30 year old) singles, wanting to establish themselves in the social arena. For the logo redesign, some of the recommendations we offered were a complete logo redesign and others utilized aspects of the original brand equity. Our creative for the print ads dug deep into the lives of our target, and received high praise from the client. The development and design of the Loyalty Card was directly on strategy with where the client wanted to see the brand improve. The client presentation was filmed by WCCO Channel 4 News.
